How to pay the Telangana traffic fines online in 2026?
If you are found violating any traffic rules while driving within Telangana, you have two options to pay the resulting fine online. First, you can do this through the e-Challan portal; second, you can use the ‘mParivahan’ mobile application. Below, We have the process for both methods below.
Procedure for paying traffic fines via the e-Challan portal:
- Visit the e-Challan portal.
- Find an option that reads e-Challan and go to the next page.
- Enter your driving licence number, vehicle registration number, or challan number, and click the “Submit” button.
- A list of all your pending challan will now appear before you; click the “Pay Now” button visible next to the specific challan you wish to pay.
- Finally, complete the payment using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Procedure for tariff challan payment using the mParivahan mobile application:
- Download the ‘mParivahan’ mobile application for your Android or iOS device from the Play Store or App Store.
- After downloading the application, open it and either sign up or log in.
- Once logged in, an option for “Challan Payment” will appear; click on it.
- You will then need to enter your driving licence number or vehicle registration number.
- Now, click on the pending challan you wish to pay.
- Finally, you will be able to pay it using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
